Use closed storage for “going out” clothes
Keep workwear and dark clothing in closets or drawers instead of on pet-accessible chairs and beds.
Control the source surfaces
Wash or vacuum the blankets and furniture your pet uses most. Hair that never reaches your clothing does not need to be removed later.
Keep a garment tool where transfer happens
A reusable roller near the door or closet can be more efficient than treating every garment in the washer.
Use laundry for the residual problem
For what remains, follow the pet-hair laundry routine.
